Yes, absolutely. Every product on Hallyu Glow is 100% authentic, sourced from authorised Korean distributors. We never sell grey-market, counterfeit, or expired goods. Each product comes with its original seal, batch code, and expiry date intact.
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via PostEx within 3–5 business days. Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically receive orders within 2–3 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer. We do not currently accept credit/debit cards directly on our store, but you can use Shopify's secure checkout if available in your area.
Yes! All orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard PostEx delivery charge applies.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Most of our products are dermatologist-tested and formulated for sensitive skin. We especially recommend the SKIN1004 Centella line and Medicube's Cica range for sensitive skin. Always patch-test a new product on your inner arm for 24 hours before applying to your face. If you need personalised guidance, WhatsApp us.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a PostEx tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order at postex.pk using your tracking number. You can also WhatsApp us at any time for an update.
